powerblitZ is an easy to setup and use email cleaner.
It deletes the unwanted emails directly on the server (pop3 only) without downloading the whole email at any time.
It works only with the headers informations. The emails being deleted are those with invalid dates, those where subject is only 'hi' or 'hello' and those from subject is matching the filtered list.
