Russian ID3 tags converter is a KDE4 service menu for Dolphin, which converts in one click all audio tags from cp1251 to UTF-8 in the selected file/files/directory/directories.If directory have subdirectories all mp3 files inside also will be converted. Files which are already in UTF will leave unchanged.
