pngnq quantizes PNG images to 8-bit palette mode with alpha channel support.This is a variant on Greg Roelf's pngquant program, using the Neuquant algorithm by Anthony Dekker instead of a median cut filter.pngnq has been tested on a range of images, and produces nice results.
What's New in This Release:· Fixed bug in pngnq.c where attempts to process directories were made.· Had to add < sys/stat.h >, hope this doesn't break on Win.· Cleaned up some other error messages.· Started support for background color and text in rwpng.h
