Tigerback is the widgets side of the overall Tigerback suite for GTK and XFWM4. You can find the XFWM4 theme here: http://www.xfce-look.org/content/show.php/Tigerback?content=70543 Note: You're going to need the artwiz-fonts package installed for your distro.
The menubar font is nu which is part of the artwiz-fonts package. Requirements:
