Modern Time is a GNOME theme close to mozilla-modern but a bit softer. For better result, please try "panel_bg-??px.png" graphic from "Modern_Time/panel_bg/" as panel background.You can setup alternative buttons and menubar for the panel running : "Modern_Time/.
