Here is IBM's pressrelease announcing the availability of Lotus Symphony.



Thisversion of Symphony appears to be reworked version of StarOfficedistributed in a binary-only format; it is available for Windows,SLED 10, RHEL 5, and "RedHat5." Registration is required todownload the software.
