NewsFactor - Film fans can now buy new movies on Apple's iTunes Store on the same day as their DVD release.
That synchronicity was announced Thursday by the Cupertino, Calif.-based company, which said cooperating studios include 20th Century Fox, Walt Disney Studios, Warner Bros., Paramount Pictures, Universal Studios Home Entertainment, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Lionsgate, Image Entertainment, and First Look Studios.
