Gustav expected to regain steam in Gulf

Hurricane Gustav, weakened only slightly by its passage over Cuba's western tip, emerged over Gulf waters Sunday on a collision course with the U.S.



Gulf Coast. Meanwhile, New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin ordered a mandatory evacuation of the city beginning at 8 a.m.

Sunday but urged residents to flee now. "You need to get your butts moving out of New Orleans right now."   .
