So there's this guy -- I'll call him John -- whose Audi was parked on Van Ness Avenue in San Francisco a week ago today.



Street cleaning was scheduled for early Saturday and John's car was still there at the time.

At 2:41 a.m., he was issued a ticket for $40.<...   .
